Why are your products so high-priced?
Our products are really special. We buy only high-quality materials, we put our products through their paces and recurrently try to improve them and we manufacture everything by hand. All the details are well-conceived for you and your dog. They are designed for the comfort and joy of your dog. All that is combined with a cool and fresh design.
Good fit, quality, functionality, safety and comfort… this is what your dog gets when you order from us!
If you appreciate quality-work, you should know that the prices are appropriate.
Can I wash the item I bought?
Almost all of our products are machine washable. Please check in the product description if and how you can wash the items.
How high are the shipping rates?
All shipping is subject to weight and volume. This is why we can only tell you the final shipping rate at the checkout.
The estimated shipping rate for one of our dog pillows is 6,99 € for national orders within Germany. For EU orders (Zone 1) the estimated shipping rate would be 16,99 €. For non-EU Europe (Zone2) the estimated shipping rate would be 29,99 €. For worldwide shipping in Zone 3 (USA, Canada, Israel – please see at SHIPPING which other countries are Zone 3) the estimated shipping rate would be 39,99 €. For worldwide Zone 4 the estimated shipping rate is 46,99 €. You cannot order via the online system if you live in zone 4. Please get in touch with us before ordering.

Do you also ship international?
How long does it take until you ship my order?
Our products stand out because they feature a high level of workmanship. Normally it takes us less than 5 working-days to get your oder shipped. Please note that we cannot guarantee the shipment of your order in less than 7 working-days as all of our products are hand-made and we have strict quality controls.
How long will the delivery take?
For national orders: 2-3 working days
For EU orders: 4-6 working-days
For international orders: 10-12 working days

Can I return my order?
Yes. If you don’t like what you ordered or the item doesn’t fit you can send it back. Orders shipped internationally aren’t eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. That means you have to pay the return delivery individually. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
How do I send back the order?
In order to process your return quickly and smoothly, we ask you to get in touch with us before sending back the package. Before the return please let us know which article (order number) you’d like to send back.
